How to use it:
1. Pumpkin seed oil can be used alone or as an additive to skin care products such as creams, lotions, balms and massage oils. You can use it as a face serum or as a carrier oil every morning and evening.
2. Rub pumpkin seed oil into the palm of your hand to heat it, apply evenly to scalp and hair and massage in for 5 minutes. Leave on overnight or rinse after 10 minutes.
