Betianna orders normally ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. In some cases, during special promotions, ship times can be longer. It is our goal to ship your order as quickly as possible. We begin processing your order immediately after it has been placed. We are only able to cancel an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.
Unfortunately, there may be instances when your order becomes damaged while it is in transit.
